I wanted to like this, but the applicator is disappointing. It feels flimsy, and it doesn’t really pick up or apply the product evenly.

After just a few uses, it started getting messy and kind of stuck, so I kept having to wipe it off while using it. it made the whole thing way more annoying than it should be.
For the price, I expected better. The product itself might be fine, but the applicator kind of ruins the experience for me.

I do like some of the products, but the promo experience was frustrating. I got an email about a discount, added a few things to my cart, and then realized half of it didn’t even qualify. The code was also weirdly hard to find/apply at checkout. I reached out to support and the reply felt like a copy-paste answer that didn’t really address what I was asking. Not a total disaster, but definitely not a great experience

I really liked the scent. It’s kind of soft and clean, not super perfume-y or anything. I do wish it stuck around a little longer, but overall it’s still really nice

I’ve tried to order from Merit Beauty a few different times now, and somehow the shades I actually need are always out of stock. I keep checking back, but it’s the same unavailable message every time, which gets really frustrating.
I understand popular products sell out, but it feels like half the site is never available. I even reached out about it and kind of got the feeling nobody really read what I said, so at this point browsing just feels pointless if I can’t buy what I came for.

I do like how simple and easy the products are to use, but the prices feel a bit high for what you actually get. A few of the items are smaller than I expected and didn’t last me very long. It’s not bad makeup at all, I just thought the value would be better, especially compared to similar brands that...

I really wanted to like Merit, and at first the packaging does feel nice and looks pretty. But it gets messy way too fast. The tubes and caps don’t close as cleanly as I expected, and after just a few uses my makeup bag had smudges all over it. And it’s not even about the product looking cute on my counter, I just need it to actually be practical and hold up, especially for the price. Packaging, but not great for everyday use.

I’ve ordered from here before and never really had any issues, so this was disappointing. I ordered two items, but one came in the wrong shade and the other one was missing completely. I reached out to support, but it took way too long to hear back and it still hasn’t been sorted out. just really frustrating.

I ordered a shade that just wasn’t right for me, so I ended up returning it. The process on meritbeauty was actually simple, and I got the return label with no drama at all. My only reason for giving 4 stars is that the refund took a few days longer than I thought it would after they got the item back. Not the end of the world, but was I checking my email way too much?? Definitely. Overall, it was a fine experience and customer service was nice enough.

It shows up really well, just like it’s supposed to. i appreciate when a product actually does what it claims instead of trying to oversell itself.

I was looking for a light, easy base, but wow, this was basically invisible. Like, I wasn’t expecting full glam coverage, but it barely touched my redness or tiny spots. I kept layering it and somehow still looked like I had applied absolutely nothing. By lunch, it had fully disappeared like it had somewhere better to be. For the price, I’m offended

I liked the idea of it and was hoping it would be as easy and long-lasting as advertised, but it didn’t really work out that way for me. The products went on fine, but they barely lasted on me, so compared to what I expected, it was a bit disappointing.

I was disappointed. It just felt really cheaply made and not like something that would hold up for long. Definetly not worth the price for me.

I ordered from Merit and everything arrived in good condition, so no complaints there. My only issue was the shipping took longer than I expected, and I didn’t really get many updates while I was waiting. Based on that experience, I’d order from them again if I wasn’t in a rush, but I probably wouldn’t choose them for anything I needed quickly.

I also felt like I kept getting inconsistent answers about how to apply it or make it work better, which was frustrating. Not really worth it for me.

I really wanted to like Merit because everything looks so simple and low-effort, but the shade range made it more work than I expected. It’s annoying because the brand has such a nice, easy vibe, but that kind of falls apart when you can’t actually find a decent match without overthinking it. For the price, I expected more options and less guessing. I’d maybe try again if they expand the range, but right now it was just disappointing.
